AC4: Mission

Medical physics is a branch of physics applied in health care.

The aims of the AC4 are:

• to advance medical physics science and practice;

• to strengthen the interaction with other branches of physics;

• to foster the educational and professional development of medical physicists

• to promote the highest quality medical services for patients.
